GAIN AND LOSE SIMILUTANEOUSLY WITH GBCT

What, lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?  Is that even possible?!

However, there is one style of training which has been shown able to accomplish both and transform your physique; known as German Body Comp Training. 

A Romanian scientist, named Hala Rambie, discovered that raised levels of blood lactate (lactic acid) increased the release of growth hormone which in turn encourages muscle growth and fat burning.

The easiest and most effective way to boost blood lactate proven is to pair upper and lower body movements - optimally completing anywhere between 8-15 reps of each and super-setting  the alternating body part exercises with short rest breaks after each. It's believed that resistance training combined with short rest intervals has the ability to produce 9x the average amount of growth hormone! Yep, 9x...

Workouts can be based by pairing only two exercises back-to-back, or for a more challenging workout, and for a more advanced athlete, a GBCT workout program can be made up of  4-5 exercises. AND, if you're an absolute beast, 5+ exercises. It sounds like circuit training but GBCT is different in that it's very structured and rather than alternating exercises, it alternates working upper body with lower body. 

An example:

A1) Squat 8-15 reps
A2) Push ups 8-15 reps
A3) Leg curl 8-15 reps
A4) Military press 8-15 reps

Rest: 1-1.30 minutes and repeat.  

It's the perfect workout to increase power, strength and endurance all in one. Yet, this is not for the faint hearted. If done correctly your muscles with burn, your heart will be thumping and you will sweat a bucket load. Honest...I am speaking from experience.
